Thanyapura’s Yoga and Pilates Program is ideal for people of all ages and skill levels that want to incorporate these two disciplines as part of an active, healthy lifestyle. This program incorporates daily sessions led by highly experienced instructors and includes nutritional support, meditation, group classes and spa services as part of a total wellness program that restores vitality and radiance.
All Programs Include the Following:
- Sports facilities according to availability (900 sq. m gym, 25 m and 50 m pools, running track)
